Frank’s RedHot Turkey Chili

Chili with a kick.

If this chili doesn’t kick your tastebuds, I don’t know what will. Screw Monday Night Football – this chili is perfect for any night of the week!

Bonus alert – this chili includes the superfood kale!

Frank’s RedHot Turkey Chili


2 lbs. minced or ground turkey

2 tbsp. chili power

1 tbsp. cumin

1 cup water

1 can (19oz) red kidney beans, drained

1 can (28oz) crushed tomatoes

1 green pepper, sliced into small pieces

4 large mushrooms, sliced

2-3 handfuls kale, ripped into small pieces

1/4 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (I sometimes add 1/8 cup more since I like it spicy)


Spray a large saucepan with non-stick cooking spray and cook turkey, cumin, and chili powder over medium-high heat until turkey is no longer pink. Stir often.

Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring. Let simmer for 15 minutes. or until all the flavours blend.
