1. No one is there to judge your sweaty ass.

2. You can roll out of bed to the gym before your brain figures out what you are doing.

3. You get it out of the way and done for the day. You don’t have to worry about working out later when you don’t feel like it.

4. It wakes you up and clears your mind for the day ahead.

5. You can do fasted cardio (see my post here!).

6.  It boots your metabolism and gets your digestive system moving for the whole day.

7. “You will feel bad afterwards” – said NO ONE ever.

8. It feels so good to shower for the day instead of having to do it at night.

9. You maximize the hours in your day!

10. Once it becomes a habit, you will actually WANT to get up and workout.

11. If something comes up in the evening or later in the day you don’t feel guilty about missing your workout.

12. If you workout in the morning you are not going to want to eat crap later and reverse your efforts for the day.

13. If you accidentally sleep in, you can still do your workout later…!
